A couple of days ago the weather was still frosty and too cold to venture out into. The soil was hard and even the daffodills were hiding away still.
Today however, the weather brightened and the bulbs were peeping out. I rfelted the shed roof and then found it was so pleasent to be outside that I attacked the weedy garden and dug in the saw dust and compost to condition the soil for the fruit bushes.
The hedge got a clip just before the birds start nesting and the rubbish thats been accumulating got chucked away. Next week I'll be tackling the vegetable patch to get it ready for planting.
I already have lots of seeds ready to go.
