A wonderful summer sky

Day 130 ~ One A day Challenge ~ Asymetrical Floral tiara

Having developed thes wire work flowers for decorating wedding cakes, I decided to adapt them and create tiaras with them as well. This is the first of the wire work tiaras and I am really pleased with the contemporary look. The band is covered in small glass pearls.

It's a discovery day ~ Moonbeam Mosaics ~ mosaic crosses

These stunnin mosaic crosses really caught my eye as I browsed through my blogger dashboard today. The one above made with the honey suckle pattern reminds me of posh sunday teas with cups and saucers as we had the same tea set.

The mosaics are made by Diane of Moonbeam Mosaics who knits, crochets and crafts as well as making beautiful mosaics.

I think the celtic shape and rustic look of the crosses is very appealing.

My favourite ~ the colours and sentiments are perfect.

Day 129 ~ One A Day Challenge ~ Side Star Tiara

This tiara is asymetrical with the star being able to be worn to either the left or the right.

Gold wire is combined with fresh water pearls and swarovski crystals

Craft Juice Tuesday ~ Textures

This amazing cobweb scarf is created using merino wool and bleached flax that have been felted together by Fleur London. I love the colours and textures of this.

Fabrics, wool and ribbons have been combined to create this bangle. Designed and created by Meiquidesigns. I love the colour combinations and textural feel.

It looks like a lot of work has gone into Alasdairs felet Dahlia brooch. I love the closer and the complexity of the design.

I've been wanting to have a go making pebbles for sometime now and i have finally got around to it. I love it. will be ellaborating and coming up with loats more designs. prepare to be overwhelmed with pebbles!
