Sock Cat ~ Charlie

Charlie is looking for a new home. He's a mischevious little cat, but desperately needs to be loved. He's a great companion and playmate although he does need keeping in line. Charlie is navy and grey His eyes are felt. and His nose and whiskers are embroidered. Charlie is a hand sewn cat and although she has no loose bits and bobs, supervision would be required for those under 36 months.Charlie is 14" (36cm) from toes to tail . He's not afraid of water and can even go in the machine on a delicate wool cycle. He needs to be reshaped whilst wet and dried naturally.

Christening Bracelet (Christian bracelet)

This Bracelet is a wonderful gift to give someone to celebrate their baptism, christening, first communion, coming to faith or confirmation.
The bracelet is made up of Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, gem stones. Each of the componants is representative of part of the Apostles Creed (statement of faith used in Church of England, Catholic, Methodist & other Christian Churches),

The bracelet can be made for all ages and you will need to let me know what size you require.
With each bracelet comes a personalised card that contains the Apostles Creed and also a code breaker to tell you what the individual componants on your bracelet mean (each bracelet will contain their own code)

The card can have the choice of greeting you require:

The rear of the card contains a personal prayer of blessing;

Stained Glass Necklace

I've always been inspired by stained glass windows and the evening light coming through the window of our local church inspired me with the colours of this necklace.
I gathered beads that had a real intensity of colour and lustre and began to create. Each bead is wired individually and the connected to the next one.

The necklace measures52cm (20.5") and is fastened with a barrel clasp.
I can adjust the length.
The necklace will be supplied in a gift bag.

Twitter ~ approaching 1000 followers

When I started using twitter just after Christmas, I had no idea of the fun it would be.  I have "met" and chatted to people I never would have done had I not been on there.  I have been taken on journeys of discovery, shared happy and sad news and found a  really lovely community.
I am now fast approaching 1000 followers and as soon as I get there I will be awarding follower 1000 with a surprise and also another two random followers will recieve a prize too.

Craft Juice Tuesday ~ I think mice are rather nice

Cute crocheted little mouse who is giving you her heart.  This has been crocheted by Sophie Cat.

Can you see the cute little mouse hiding in the bottom of this pottery bowl created by little wren pottery.

Rock Pool Necklace ~ Handmade Polymer Beads.

  Created with a palate of rockpool toned beads, this two stringed necklace features handmade polymer disk beads. The polymer beads are formed from a mica infused polymer clay mixed to allow several part mixed colours to show. The bdiscs have then been texturised with a peach stone which gives a wonderfully organic texture. Each of the discs has been highlighted with a gold sheen. Smaller beads have been created in the same way.
The necklace also features delica beads in peacocks and irridecent colour tones and Olive green Czech Crystals.
The necklace was created from the inspiration of walking over seaweed laden rocks near Whitby in North Yorkshire looking for Fossils.
The necklace is 17" (43cms) at it's shortest and 19" (49cm) with the extender chain.
